Resizing a form permanently

Hi All,

Apologies if this is in the wrong Community.

I would like to know the following:

A user has many responsibilities and when she gets the list up in Oracle from the 'Top Hat', the form opens as a particular size and in order to see all the responsibilities, she has to uses the scroll bar on the right. I know this is not much of a hard ship but is there a way to resize this window that opens showing the list of responsibilities and save it so it always opens in this bigger size ?
