Compensation Workbench - Adding new option under existing plan

For CWB, we have a global plan and 3 local plans (USA, CAN, INTL). Right now we have 4 options (A, B, C, D) under each plan and for 2010, we are adding new option E under USA plan. We have added option E under global plan and USA local plan. We have also set up standard rates for new option E. But when we run the compensation life event,and navigate to HR Professional V4.0 -> Comp Workbench for Admin and open allocate compensation dashboard, we are not able to see the new option for any employee.
