My Oracle Support - More training topics for hardware customers are available

 My Oracle Support note 1282218.1 has been updated. Its new title is Advisor Webcasts: My Oracle Support - Best Practices for Hardware Customers and it includes schedules for five different topics:

Hardware Asset and Automated Service Request (ASR) Management.
Best practice on knowledge searching and how to find Firmware, Storage updates, and Oracle Solaris patch sets.
Automatic Service Request from end to end.
Proactive Hardware Service Portal.
My Oracle Support - Hardware Service Request.
