ASLs for Contract Purchase Agreements

Hi,
Is there anyway to bulk create local/global ASLs for Contract Purchase Agreements to allow auto sourcing  when purchase requisitions are approved?

Generate ASL/Sourcing rule program works for only BPAs and not CPAs.
