Unable to see legal entity defined via ASM

Hello
 I defined a new legal entity and operating unit using Accounting setup manager. The OU shows up on HRMS core forms but when I query the legal entity, I defined via ASM, it does not show up on HRMS organization form. Is this standard functionality for a bug in R12? System seems be to be working fine but I am just curious if anyone have seen this.
