Define an account segment as type "Asset"

 We have an accounting segment that we want to exclude as one that creates a mass addition from accounts payable. Where in Oracle do you go define an accounting segment as an type of "Asset" that gets the "track as asset" set in the distributions field of Accounts Payable? Thank you!!
