Siebel 7.8 SEA to Siebel 8.1 SEA

 I'd like - if possible - a clear step by step instruction set for a Siebel 7.8.2.14 SEA upgrade to 8.1 SEA. Since not a SIA upgrade the One Step is a non-starter. Having reviewed as many of the documents as I can find - I keep getting the impression if it's not done One Step - the install guides are then left at being high level overviews. My primary concerns are centered on steps to upgrading the server components themselves in relation to the pre-DB upgrade tasks / the actual upgrade tasks / post upgrade / and turn on. Part
