Performance impacting one or more of your companies locations.

When there is an issue impacting only one of your companies locations and other locations are working just fine you will need to work internally to help identify what is causing the performance issue. (If other locations are fine the server must be online and working as expected and the effected location has something specific going on)  
To do this there are multiple levels of testing that you should look at. Start at the lowest level and move your way up the layers to identify the possible bottleneck.
  1) Network performance
     A) Perform ping tests using the "ping yourpoddomain.com
