 Hi All,  
Please help us with your ideas to overcome this

I have ODS database where daily nearly 1 Million records will be populated.
From this ODS i need to ETL the data into DSS.
Current Code is taking 10 hours to complete the ETL Process. They asked us to reduce the time taking by ETL to atleast by 30%.
The Network Bandwidth between ODS and ETL is 10G.

Please share your ideas/best practices with us.
