Operating Marketing OnDemand?
Is anyone out there operating Marketing OnDemand yet?
We have some 'enthusiastic' business/sales people that are pushing IT to purchases this to replace EMOD, which doesn't delivery the events managements/concierge functions they desire.
IT is concerned about the massive administrative burden of putting in this system, training users, and managing it (moving from EMOD to MrktgOD), particularly since we've had issues w/users abusing the main OnDemand environment.
Any advice on admin burden or delight in the product would be great.....
