R12 Service Contracts--Publish Contracts to Customer Process

 Hello,

I would like know what and how to setup the process of creating a contract and then publishing it to the customer for acceptance which is a new feature in R12...Here are the steps I did but not sure how can I accept it by logging as customer

1) Created a Service Contract with Entered Status

2) From the administrator workbench published the contract to the customer

Here are the questions I would like to clarify

1) What responsibility I need to use to login and accept the contract

2) Who should I login as ?

3) When I selected the option publish to customer what criteria on the contracts form it uses to send the notifications and to whom ?
