PAY: Archiver Process and Quick Pays

We are on 11.5.10.2 Apps and still using the unsupported check writer process for quick pays. To become supported, we have to change to XML type for check printing which requires us to run the archive process prior to printing XML check or viewing deposit advice via SS. Ok - we are on board for weekly and bi-weekly because we can schedule it to run at night. The archiver process takes 5 hours to run for our weekly and bi-weekly payroll. In our initial testing, the archiver takes 1 hour ro run when there are only several changes to post, i.e. Quick Pays. We are at the
