Restrict reconfig and unreserve

 Scenario:

Oracle 11i used for order management of ATO models/options/choices.  External system is used for manufacturing.  Sales order line is progressed to create a discrete job in MFG.  The discrete job is the trigger for the interface to the manufacturing system.

I need to prevent Unreserve once the discrete job is created (star item line in Production Open status).  Along with this I am removing the Sales Order: Configuration link, delink, reserve and match function from this same responsibility.

The objective is to have an order management responsibility that cannot change the configuration once the line has been progressed to manufacturing.
