Function Mass Addition to create the formula

 Hi,
   I am just learning GL module and i want to mass addition. The scenario is I want to see the sales target so i decide to create Journal Voucher (STAT) in order to calculate Sales target and  i wan to use Function Mass Addition to create the formula to calculate sales target.
   Please kindly help me step by step. Or is there any information or note available? Please provide me.
