cennection between OM and INV

 Hi,
     I want to ask about move order. Everyday after create move order number in pick release step, our sales admin has to e mail move order number to inventory person in order to transact. Is there a way to change this way? Is  there some connections between inventory and order management, i mean not e mail every day?
