Oracle 10gr2 with C/C++ programmer kit.

 I am doing Oracle 10gr2 installation on AIX5, the requirement is to install oracle10gr2 with C/C++ programmer kit. Please explain, is it comes with Oracle 10gr2 Enter prise edition or have to install it separate.( if separate what will be the procedure)
