Change notification

 Hi,
     I got an idea about notification. After I go to order organizer I click on action and I see notification so I take some note in there and send to those who in response.
What I need to know is when i create notification, the messageheading is Change Approval Notification, can I change the heading? Or is there a way to create another notification with another heading?

Please advise.
