Clear Key SQL Profiles

I have database 11.2.0.2

In the Home page of EM manager there is the link for Key SQL Profiles. I applied all the Key SQL Profiles that were recommended except a few that I don't want to apply because they will never be used again or they are SQL profiles on SQL Tuning Advisor jobs. However they keep appearing in my list of Key SQL Profiles and I don't see a link there to delete these recommendations.

Is there a way to clear this list from some recommencdations? If a query is not run within a day but the profile recommendation never been implemented will it still appear the next day or after a motnh?
