OSP pending transactions

 Hello!
Please, help me!

 I've got an OSP transactons, in 

Purchase Orders
transaction date in 16/11/2010, but date relaesed of WO is 01/01/2011 and in EAM I get pending transactions w|error ( NO record in  WIP_PERIOD_BALANCE). what shall I do?

open account periods - 11/2010, 12/2010, 01/2011, 02/2011.
