Data Struck in MTL_Transactions_Interface with status Oracle error

During the shipping transactions in Order management, while interfacing Transactions, data strucked in MTL_transactions_interface. Invoice in receivable against the strucked delievery order has been created successfully but the data is still appearing in the interfaces with the error code "Oracle Error". It shows pending transactions and does not allow to close Inventory Period. Can anyone help on this Issue. thanks
