Hi All,
With virtualization becoming ever so popular what is your take on using virtualization for 24/7 production environments? I am sure it is no match to bare bones physical box but still would like to hear your views on that. Also what are the things to look out for while using a virtual environment purely from a database perspective.

I would also like to know about Oracle's stand on using virtual environments to run our databases, something along the lines of supportability when we run into any issues which are not 'known issues'.
