Special info section in LOA review page

Hi, I'm wondering if it is possible to add a Special info section into a LOA request Review page, in a Employee Self Service responsibility.

We have some info stored in a particular Special Info.

HR Manager wants user that are placing a Leave of Absence request to see those info while reviewing information, before the submit action

So I was thinking to add a section in review page and drive  those only Special info to be seen.

Anyone experienced something like this?
