Subledger Period Close Exception Report

On trying to perform period close, the ‘Subledger Period Close Exception Report’, lists 2 transactions of Event Type ‘Adjustment Created’ with status ‘Incomplete’. One of the Adjustments was rejected in the next month and the other transaction is approved, but the status in the report is incomplete. Any process to correct the issue.
