Service Request Closure Email

 We'd like to create an email that would be generated to the contact when the Service Request is closed.  In addition to some basic information from the SR, like Contact Name, Issue Description, etc. we would also like to include any relevant solution details (attached to the SR) that will resolve the case.  When we looked into this in the past it wasn't possible to include solutions within a web applet that we could create within the SR record.  Does anyone have any suggested ways that we could accomplish this without needing customization from an Oracle partner?  We'd like to
