World A7.3 to E1 9.0 conversion

We are on JDE World A7.3 and are upgrading to JDE EnterpriseOne 9.0.  We have a lot of text in the Generic Text File F0016 that we would like to convert.  However, the corresponding function in E1 is accomplished through media objects.  Does anyone know how to convert the text data to media objects and associated it with the correct customer and item?
