PN:After PN.M upgrade, variable rent agreements marked with Accrual = 'N' cannot be accessed

 We are currently testing the PN.M patch level.  After completing the patch implementation, found out that we cannot access/view/call any variable rent aggrement that was setup with an Accrual flag = 'N'.  The data is still in the pn.pn_var_rents_all table, but when we try to pull any of these aggreements in the Variable Rent search form, it says that there is no such an aggreement.

Has anybody have the same problem?  any idea on what is going on?

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
