Amount based pricing agreement

 Hi Team,

Can you please guide me how to create an pricing agreement using which I can offer amount based discount? Example: I want to create an agreement for Item X and Item Y with unit price say 100 INR and 200 INR respectively. My requirement is if the total Quote value is in between say 10000 INR and 20000 INR then unit rate will be 95 INR and 190 INR respectively. If it is in between 20000 INR to 40000 INR then unit rate will be 90 and 180 INR respectively.

Presently I can create agreement with quantity based; like for quantity 1 to 100 unit rate will be say 100 INR. For quantity 100 to 200 it will be say 90 INR like that. Can I have a amount based discount rate?
