miscellaneous transactions transfer to project

 Dear Colleagues,

when we create "miscellaneous transactions" and choosing type  "Project issue" from the inventory. so we can upload an inventory item into a specifc project.

the question is if the project budget is 1000$ and the amount uploaded into this project exceed the project budget. there is no restrictions.

is there any configurations or setup to prevent user from uploading transaction to project if the amount exceed project budget amount.
