OTL: How to change Timecard Approval Timeout
Hi,
Over the long holiday, we lengthened our timeout on timecards from 12 days to 18 days (by changing the DEFAULT_TIMEOUT attribute on OTL Workflows for Employees workflow) but still had a few escalate. The question arose to see if we could change the way the timecard workflow works today. Today, if a timecard is submitted, the submit button triggers the timeout based upon the date submitted. Is it possible to change the submit button to trigger workflow off the pay date in our payroll calendar? That would mean that the approver’s clock would start counting from the pay date for the
