Streams AQ"enqueue blocked on low memory" amongst top 5 events and network waits
In our 10g R2 database on VMS, users are complaining on overall slowness (not a particular screen)
we are seeing the following in an AWR report spanning 2 hours
Top 5 Events
we are not using streams or anything and this is a stand alone database so we were wondering that could this related to?
Also, amongst the wait class, we see a lot of 'Network" waits. Can these be idle event or does this really indicate a potential problem with underlying network?
What does "wait / txn" means here.. as for network it shows 364.22
