How to recovery the DB from scattered corruption

 Assume that I've 5 tablespaces and each tablespace has 200 tables and out of those each tablespace has 10 tables that are corrupted. How can I recover only those 50 tables ( 10 tables * 5 tablespaces ) assuming that I'm on Oracle 10g and 11g ?
