Hyperion Work space error

Need solution- When I try to open a report folder or reports in Hyperion workspace. I get the following error "Error retrieving objects. QueryIdentifiersCommand.execute from datatbase.

I have restarted the services. But no use. I want to know the root cause of the issue.

Version-9.3.2 Hyperion Work space.
