Is there any earier tool to find patch id faster

 i am planing to upgrade the enterprise 120 databases from 9.2.01 to 10gr2 and 11gr2. but i am struggle to get the patch id from the MOS. anyone know where is the tool to help find the patchset ID faster and earily? Thanks! Like chose the platform, current release , destination release....
