Upgrading Windows agent 10.2.05 to 11g

edited Feb 9, 2011 8:50AM in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question
 Hello,

I am trying to upgrade our OEM agents on our Windows servers using the document at:  http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11857_01/install.111/e16847/upgrade_agent_usng_rsp.htm#CEGCEJJH

Although from an OMS perspective, it worked fine and it is reporting with the 11g agent in the dashboard.  However, the problem is what it leaves behind on the Windows servers.  It keeps the 3 Oracle services there, one in an "automatic" start mode so unless this is changed the next reboot generates a longer startup time and a failure message on trying to start it.  It also leaves the oracle-10g agent folder in the Start menu/programs, and it leaves the 'agent10g' folder there.  This last thing isn't that big of an issue, but it seems like a "messy" upgrade.

Howdy, Stranger!
