OPM Picking of ingredients

 Looking for suggestions on how to pick ingredients, incrementally.  The scenario is that a batch is created with a duration of one week and there is not adequate room in the staging area for the week's worth of materials.  The requirement is to pick the quantity needed for each shift.  The yield and consumption is being handled using Incremental Backflush, however this creates an approved move order for the entire quantity of ingredients into the stage area.  Would like to know how this may be done at other companies.  OPM MES and MSCA are not used at this time.
