APP PO 14142 Get_Employee

Can anyone help with this issue.

I have a user who is unable to view purchase orders as receives the error message:

APP PO 14142 Get_Employee  ORA-0000 normal successful completion

Cause a sql error hoas occurred in Get_Employee.  The SQL error is ORA-0000 normal successful completion.

Any advise will be appreciated
