Looking for query that can retreive password age

Our companies security policy requires me to expire all passwords no later than 60 days. I need some help with retreiving the password age for all accounts.

It would also be great if there was a way to export this data into an easily visible report and/or communicate this information via email either directly to the account owner or the dba. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks
