Compute Depreciation for the D1 & D4 Ledgers

We upgraded to 9.0 in July 2010. Now that it's year end I am running my Tax and AMT depreciation schedules. Historically I have run the Compute Depreciation R12855 job for just the D1 and D4 Ledgers to get my tax and amt depreciation. Currently the job will not run for any asset additions since our upgrade? Has something changed with the ube?
