ERM and Workflow

in Design Tools & Output Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC)
 Is possible that the ERM module send an email notification to the employee (owner of the expense report) when an expense report is rejected by the supervisor?

I'm using a Distribution List with hierarchy,

The Workflow is the Exprouting
