Where to find the best documents on how to change GL set of books?

Hi everyone,

It might sound strange but I am looking for some best documents on how to change GL set of books.  I have collected some but no one seems like to talk about subledger part in detail, especially for Federal Financials.

I would appreciate it if you can help.
