EBS 11.5.10.2 upgrade to R12 document

 Dear all,

We are planning to upgrade our 11i EBS to R12, and after some research we come up with two documents:

==Prat No. E14010-01 Oracle Applications Upgrade Guide Release 11i to 12.1.1

==Part No. E16342-01 Oracle E-Business Suit Upgrade Guide Release 11i to 12.1.1

The two documents share the same indexes and contents are almost identical. The question is we are not sure which documents is the correct one to follow?
