Error during installation of OEMGC 11g

Hello world,

please help in identifying the issue!!!

I have installed:
1) database server 11.2.0.2
2) created database
3) jdk 1.6 update 18
4) wls 10.3.2
5) and stuck up in installing oemgc 11.1.1.0.1, i have errors during "OMS configuration", here is the output:
