All Responsibilities Lost after Apply ATG RUP 7 on 11.5.10.2

 Hi,

I'm doing an eBS 11.5.10.2 installation and I applied ATG RUP 7 patch and after this patch I lost all the responsibilities of all users and the Oracle Application Manager is also not available.

Detail:

Before RUP7 I made the Developer 6i PSet 19  upgrade and the J2SE 1.6 migration. Everything was ok I checked the applications.

Then I applied all pre-requirements for RUP 7 and everything was ok I checked the applications.

The I apply the RUP7 immediatelly after applying RUP7 I went into eBS and aparently everything was ok I checked the applications.

Then when stopping the applications for the next patches I got the message when shutingdown the concurrent manger:
