Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi experts. Does rootpre.sh needs to be run when cloning a 9.2.0.3 $ORACLE_HOME ?

If true, is there a way to download only the rootpre.sh for 9.2 ?
