Workflows - Expresion Builder - Reject Code field value

I'm creating a workflow to send an email when a lead is rejected and I need to include the reject code on the email body. When I try to build the messsage body using the expresion builder but the Reject code doesn't show up in the list as an available Lead field in the drop down even thougth I have the field showing up on my Lead layout.

Anyone knows why?... How can I access the Reject Code field value?
