R12: Elimination Process - generate elimination journals more than once in a period.

Hi,

We are using R12 and am having issues with the Elimination process. The business would like to generate elimination journals multiple times within the same period. For example after posting a journal that needs to be eliminated they would like to generate the elimination transactions for this journal.

The problem is when we run the generate for the elimination set multiple times it doubles the values of the second elimination journal.Even if the first elimination journal has been posted.

Is this a bug or standard functionality? If this is standard is there a workaround for this?
