RMAN Failed for Oracle Cluster 3.2

 We have 2 node oralce cluster (3.2) with oracle RAC combined .We are using Online RMAN to backed up the DB .But certain instance ,during back up we are facing some issues like ..Unable to continue back up and it is getting failed .During the failure we were not able to access the partcular /rman mount point as well ..
Please put your comments to conclude the same ..
