Secondary Tracking Segment?

 Hi,

Can someone explain to me how secondary tracking segment works?

I am implementing for a bank, which has to report balance sheet and P&L by Cost Center. I cannot enable this cost center segment as a Balancing Segment though it has the similar function because we are using Balancing Segment on the Company segment.

Can I use Secondary Tracking segment for this purpose for their Cost Center segment?
