Upgrade from Agile 9.2.1.6 to 9.3.1

We are doing an upgrade of Agile from the version 9.2.1.6 to 9.3.1. What are the common points to be taken care off during upgrade. What are the normal errors we can encounter and details on how to get these resolved. It would be a great help if someone with experience can shed some light in detail.

Also, how can we find if there are any bad data after migration?, update the file manager with the latest upgraded DB and other details that we need to look into.
