not able to open a new period

 Dear experts,

I have oracle Application v11.5.0 and I created a new set of book succesfully (book2) expect the one I already have (book1).

I am trying to open a new period (jan-11) in the set of books Book2, and the the Request: open Period and Open period:chid process are completed with ERROR.

I have already defined a Accounting and transactions calendar for the 2011 and a REG-01 and REG-02, adjusting period.

the Reg-01 period I was able to succesfully open, but the next one period(Jan-11) I can not open:
